Shopify has indicated that the earlier platform incident has been resolved and they are continuing to monitor their systems.
While Shopify services have largely recovered, Firmhouse continues to experience the effects of the outage. A backlog of failed requests generated during the incident remains, and some Shopify-dependent functionality may still be impacted while we work through recovery efforts.
Merchants may continue to experience:
- Delayed processing of actions initiated during the incident - Errors related to previously failed requests - Temporary inconsistencies in synchronization between Firmhouse and Shopify
Our team is actively investigating the remaining impact and working to resolve the backlog as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Our platform is currently auto-healing all processes, subscription creations, and order creations that were missed due to the Shopify downtime. We're monitoring if everything heals fully and if not our engineers will ensure things are re-triggered manually.

We are currently monitoring an ongoing incident affecting Shopify. Shopify has reported that some merchants and customers may encounter issues with one or more of the following services: Shopify Admin, Storefronts, and Checkouts. Shopify is actively investigating the issue.
As a result, some Firmhouse functionality that relies on Shopify APIs and platform services may be impacted. Merchants may experience errors, delayed processing, or failed actions when performing operations that require communication with Shopify.
