Downtime due to DNS server unavailability

At 16:44 we noticed that traffic didn't get routed to our portal and API anymore. Upon further inspection we noticed that the internal DNS router of our hosting provider was unavailable, causing a full outage of our platform. Around 16:51 the issue got resolved and brought our services back online. We're monitoring the situation.
